Every once in a while, any type of consumer product is going to fail. In those cases, they are several things you can do. In this article, I’m going to look at what you can do if you have a pair of wireless speakers which fail.
First of all, they are some steps that you can take in order to troubleshoot your speakers. Ensuring that you have a wireless signal one step you should take before taking your speakers back your dealer. Once you have established that there is a wireless signal and you still find that you cannot get any sound speakers, it is time to eliminate possibility of interference being in the area.
Interference can be a big problem for wireless gadgets such as speakers. In order to verify whether interference is causing your speakers not to work more the best option is to take the transmitter and place it fairly close to the speakers. The distance between the transmitter and the speakers should be no more than 10 feet but no less than 3 feet.
If after taking these steps your speakers still don’t work, it is time to verify whether you still have warranty on your speakers. If you do have warranty, then you can just take your speakers back to the dealer or ship them to the manufacturer.
