Stirling Castle in Stirling, Scotland


Built between 1370 and 1750 the Stirling Castle is a very impressive tourist attraction and it is one of the largest and most significant castles in Stirling, Scotland which is a historical landmark known for its architectural grandeur.

Situated on top of the Castle Hill it is surrounded by steep cliffs on three sides that gives it a strong defensive position. It was once the residence of the Stewart kings.
