It is the duty of the employer to provide training for the employees to make sure that every person understands his rights and responsibilities in regard to this issue.

The training can be at the management level, specific to the employees or could involve the whole organization. It should be of high quality and be a very interactive session. The training should be repeated after some time and every employee promoted to a supervisory position should undergo mandatory workplace harassment training.
