Application of adequate sun protection factor (SPF) to prevent and get rid of wrinkles. Use for sun block that has sufficient protection against both UVA and UVB. Avoiding excessive sunlight is another way to avoid wrinkles.

Having a healthy diet really works wonders in our skin. There are a lot of studies that showed aging can be slowed down with the help of a proper diet. It is also important keep your skin hydrated by drinking at least 6 – 8 glasses of water every day.
